Report of the Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs on the Accession to the Framework Agreement for the International Collaboration on Research and Development of Generation IV Nuclear Energy Systems, dated 12 September 2007:

The Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament on Accession to the Framework Agreement for the International Collaboration on Research and Development of Generation IV Nuclear Energy Systems, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
