Report of the Portfolio Committee on Safety and Security on Proclamations No. R2, R24, R38, R44 and R51 notification by the President in respect of entities identified by the United Nations Security Council in accordance with section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No 33 of 2004), dated 29 August 2007:

The Portfolio Committee on Safety and Security, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Proclamations by the President in accordance with section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No 33 of 2004), recommends that the House, approve the said Proclamations.
