Report of the Portfolio Committee on Labour on the Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), 1997, dated 9 March 2007:

The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Instrument.
