·         The only reference to Matatiele is to indicate that the Matatiele court case created a precedent for communities to be consulted and then to demand that this right be extended to the Moutse community.

·         It is demanded that all parties affected by the Cross-boundary Municipalities Laws Repeal and Related Matters Amendment Bill be invited to attend and express their views before the Justice and Local Government Portfolio Committees.
