We refer to the draft National Gambling Amendment Bill, 2007, that was published in Government Gazette No. 29489 of 18 December 2006, for comment by interested parties.

Kindly find enclosed herewith, as “Annexure A”, the Comments from the Mpumalanga Gambling Board for consideration.

We will appreciate it if we could be afforded and opportunity to address the Trade and Industry Portfolio Committee during the public hearings on the National Gambling Amendment Bill, 2007, with regard to our comments, as set out in “Annexure A” hereto.
