Report of the Select Committee on Education and Recreation on the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expression, dated 15 November 2006:

The Select Committee on Education and Recreation, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Ratification of Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expression, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
