Report of the Portfolio Committee on Water Affairs and Forestry on the Agreement between the Republic of Botswana, the Republic of Mozambique, the Republic of Zimbabwe and the Republic of South Africa for the establishment of the Limpopo Watercourse Commission, dated 15 November 2006:

The Portfolio Committee on Water Affairs and Forestry, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement between the Republic of Botswana, the Republic of Mozambique, the Republic of Zimbabwe and the Republic of South Africa for the establishment of the Limpopo Watercourse Commission, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
