Report of the Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs on the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the Southern Africa Customs Union (SACU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), dated 1 November 2006:

The Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the Southern Africa Customs Union (SACU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
