Report of the Portfolio Committee on Transport on the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, dated 7 June 2006:

The Portfolio Committee on Transport, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, referred to it , recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
