Report of the Portfolio Committee on Communications on the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco in 2002 of the International Telecommunications Union, dated 31 March 2006:

The Portfolio Committee on Communications, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco in 2002 of the International Telecommunications Union, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Final Acts.
