Report of the Select Committee on Labour and Public Enterprises on the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco in 2002 of the International Telecommunications Union, dated 22 March 2006:

The Select Committee on Labour and Public Enterprises, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco in 2002 of the International Telecommunications Union, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Final Acts.
