INTRODUCTION
The Standing Committee on Public Accounts, having considered the Report of the external auditors (Ernest & Young and Gobodo Inc.) on the Financial Statements of the Corporation for Public Deposits for the year ended 31st March 2002, tabled in Parliament on 23 August 2002 and referred to it, reports as follows:
2. AUDIT OPINION The Committee commends the Board for the unqualified audit opinion expressed by the Auditors, and trust that future opinions shall be equally unqualified.
3. CONCLUSION Having considered the Annual report, and noted the unqualified audit opinion, it is the view of the committee that no further action with the entity would be necessary for the financial year under review.
