Re: Negotiating Mandate on Further Education and Training Bill (2006)
The Portfolio on Education of the North West Provincial Legislature has met with its stakeholders on consultation of the FET Amendment Bill on the 19th September 2006. The resolution was taken by both the committee members and the stakeholders to vote in favor of this bill and thus we move that the bill be past by the NCOP on the 27th September 2006.
