REPORT OF THE PORTFOUO COMMITTEE ON JUSTICE AND CONSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE PRACTICAL GUIDEUNES IN TERMS OF SECTION 10 OF THE PROTECTED DISCLOSURES ACT, 2000 (ACT 26 OF 2000)
The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, of the National Assembly, having considered the practical guidelines that must be issued by the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Development in terms of section 10(4)(a) of the Protected Disclosures Act, 2000 (Act 26 of2000), approves the practical guidelines.
The Committee therefore recommends that the House approve the practical guidelines, in accordance with section 10(4)(b) of the Act.
