The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development having considered the subject of the Repeal of Black Administration Act and Amendment of Certain Laws Bill [B 25D-2005] (National Assembly – section 76), as amended by the National Council of Provinces and referred back to the Committee, reports that it agreed to the amendments, and accordingly the Bill.
