Report of the Select Committee on Local Government and Administration on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, dated 15 November 2005:

The Select Committee on Local Government and Administration, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, referred to it on the 7 November 2005, recommends that the Council, in terms of Section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
