Report of the Portfolio Committee on Agriculture and Land Affairs on the International Plant Protection Convention, dated 6 September 2005:
The Portfolio Committee on Agriculture and Land Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the International Plant Protection Convention, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
