Report of the Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration on the African Union Convention on the Prevention and Combating of Corruption dated 16 March 2005:
The Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the African Union Convention on the Prevention and Combating of Corruption, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
