Report of the Portfolio Committee on Safety and Security on Draft Notice for Declaration of Amnesty in terms of the Firearms Control Act, dated 5 April 2005:

The Portfolio Committee on Safety and Security, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Draft Notice for Declaration of Amnesty in terms of the Firearms Control Act, 2000 (Act No. 60 of 2000), recommends that the House, in terms of section 139 (2) (a) of the Act, approve the said draft Notice.
