Report of the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Development, on the National Credit Bill [B18B -2005] (NCOP), dated 9 November 2005, as follows:
The Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Development, having considered the subject of the National Credit Bill [B18B -2005] (NCOP), referred to the Provincial Parliament in terms of the rules of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP), begs to report that it confers on the Western Cape’s delegation in the NCOP the authority to support the Bill without amendments.

Verslag van die Staande Komitee oor Finansies en Ekonomiese Ontwikkeling oor die National Credit Bill, [B18B -2005] (NRVP), gedateer 9 November 2005, soos volg:
Nadat die Staande Komitee oor Finansies en Ekonomiese Ontwikkeling oorweging geskenk het aan die onderwerp van die National Credit Bill, [B18B -2005] (NRVP), wat ingevolge die reëls van die Nasionale Raad van Provinsies (NRVP) na die Provinsiale Parlement verwys is, wens die Komitee verslag te doen dat hy die Wes-Kaapse afvaardiging in die NRVP met die gesag beklee om die Wetsontwerp sonder amendement te ondersteun.
