NB:

  1. Most of the stakeholders have requested extension to submit their written submission until 3 November 2005. This simply means, our list will be longer by end of business on 3 November 2005.
  2. Advert has been sent to Parliamentary Constituency Office in Gauteng to send it to all 42 constituencies in the province as well to the Provincial Standing Committee on Petition in the Gauteng Legislature.
  3. I have also attached copy of the advert for our hearings. It has been submitted to Fazela Mahomend for processing.
  4. Advert about the notice of the hearings has been forwarded to Ms F Mahomed for processing by the Media Unit.
  5. The following stakeholders/individuals have made request for financial assistance to attend the hearings:
