REPEAL OF BLACK ADMINISTRATION ACT AND AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN LAWS SILL

The Portfolio Committee on Local Government and Housing (the Committee) met on 20 October 2005 for the briefing by me permanent delegate to me National Council or Provinces
(NCOP) on the Repeal of Black Administration Ad and Amendment of Certain Laws Bill [B25B - 2005J (the Bill). Present at the meeting was the Mpumalanga Department of Local Government and Housing.
After consideration Or the Bill, me Committee agreed to the proposed amendments and supports the Bill as R stands.
The Permanent Delegates representing the province of Mpumalanga in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) are conferred with authority and mandated to vote in favour Of the Bill.
