NB . The Department of Social Development’s legal drafter will take the Committee through the Children’s Bill [B70-2003] Reintroduced clause by clause. The legal drafter should at this stage be in a position to inform the Committee, in decisive terms, of which issues that are currently in Section 76 Bill the Department has decided to reincorporate into Section 75.
