1. TERMS OF REFERENCE
Dental Technicians Amendment Bill [B63-2003] was referred to the Health Portfolio Committee for consideration.
2. BRIEFINGS
On the 13th October 2004, Hon. 0. Tlhagale from NCOP came to brief the portfolio committee on the above stated Bill. Present at briefing was the provincial Department, Department Legal Unit and Legislature's Legal Unit.
3. RESOLUTION
The committee having gone through the Bill resolved to support the essence and principle of the Bill.
