NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT: AIR QUALITY BILL [B62D-2003]
The Portfolio Committee Agriculture, Land Administration, Economic Development and Planning (the Committees) deliberated on the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Bill [B62D-2003] (the Bill).
After the deliberation, the Committee supported the Bill without any further amendments.
The permanent delegates representing the Province of Mpumalanga in the National Council of Provinces are conferred with authority and mandated to vote in favour of the Bill.
