Clause I - delete item 3.2. ATC page 231: Clause 25 - after item 2, to insert:
"CLAUSE 26"
and the existing item 3 under Clause 25 to become item I under Clause 26.
3. ATC page 235:
(a) Delete item 8.
(b) Item 9: Delete first row of table (amendment of Act 110 of 1998).
(c) Delete item 15.
New amendment (consequential to amendment to clause 3):

1. On page 8, after line 39, to insert:
(5) A reference in this Act to any person includes a person in the private sector.
