Development on the Treaty between the Government of

Republic of India on Extradition, dated 26 October 2004:

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development,

having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the

and the Government of the Republic of India on Extradition,

referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2)

of the Constitution, approve the said Treaty.
