Report of the Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs on the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Trade Marks,

The Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Trade Marks, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Protocol.
