Report of the Select Committee on Local Government and Administration on the United Nations Convention against Corruption, dated 15 September 2004:

The Select Committee on Local Government and Administration, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, referred to it,

recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
