Report of the Select Committee on Labour and Public Enterprises on the Decisions of 1999 Beijing Congress—Universal Postal Union, dated 31 August 2004:

The Select Committee on Labour and Public Enterprises, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Decisions of 1999 Beijing Congress—Universal Postal Union, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Decisions.
