Report of the Select Committee on Finance on the Convention

Taxes on Income, dated 4 August 2004:

The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for theAvoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income, referred to it,

recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
