Dear Madam Speaker,
This serves to inform you that Adv T M Ntsaluba submitted to me his resignation from the position of Director of Public Prosecutions at Grahamstown, which resignation I have accepted.
I will also communicate Adv Ntsaluba's resignation to the Members of the National Council of Provinces and wish to request that you bring the said resignation to the notice of the National Assembly.
