Report of the Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs on Southern African Development Community Protocol on Politics, Defence and Security Co-operation, dated 1 April 2003:
The Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Southern African Development Community Protocol on Politics, Defence and Security Co-operation, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Protocol.
