2.1 The concept was implemented at Nelspruit, Kabokweni and Pinetown Magistrates Courts
2.2 The hardware and software was stable during January 2002.
Dr L Glanz and advocate Marnus Steyn are addressing this matter
5.1 A report with regard to the monthly statistics is attached. From the statistics it is clear that the court center concept is not only enhancing the management of cases, it has also had a positive impact on the productivity at various courts.

Comments: The statistics reflected above was as on 31/10/2001.Due to the lack of human resources the concept is not been operated since the middle of October. The prosecutor however tried his best, he also made use of volunteers but could not cope, as he could not rely on the volunteers. The SAPS has also not been very cooperative. Once the human resource issue has been solved the implementation team will have to assist them with the data take on.
