Report of the Select Committee on Security and Justice on the Domestic Violence Bill [B 75B-98] (National Assembly-sec 75), dated 3 November 1995, as follows:
The Select Committee on Security and Justice, having considered the subject of the Domestic Violence Bill [B75B-98] (National Assembly-sec 75), referred to it, reports the Bill with proposed amendments, as follows:

CLAUSE 1
1. On page 4, in lines 43 and 44. to omit ",where such deprivation may cause imminent harm to the complainant".
2. On page 4. in lines 46 and 47, to omit ",where such disposal may cause imminent harm to the complainant".

CLAUSE 4
1. On page 5, in line 24. to omit "imminent harm" and to substitute:
undue hardship if the application is not dealt with immediately

CLAUSE 5
1. On page 5, in line 35, after "violence" to insert:
if a protection order is not issued immediately

CLAUSE 7
1. On page 12, in line 17, to omit "make" and to substitute "issue

CLAUSE 9
1. On pace 14, in line 46, after "such" to insert "period of".
