AMENDMENTS BY THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON SECURITY AND JUSTICE

CLAUSE 1
1. On page 4, in line 36, to omit "that" and to substitute "where such conduct".
2. On page 4, in lines 43 and 44, to omit:
, where such deprivation may cause imminent harm to the complainant
4. On page 4, in lines 46 and 47, to omit:
, where such disposal may cause imminent harm to the complainant

CLAUSE4
1. On page 8, in line 24, to omit "imminent harm" and to substitute:
undue hardship if the application is not dealt with immediately

CLAUSE 5
1. On page 8, in line 37, to omit "imminent harm" and to substitute "undue hardship".
2. On page 8, in line 38, after "violence" to insert:
if a protection order is not issued immediately

CLAUSE 9
