Presently, the only concerns I have about the Bill, are

a) the proper provision of pensions for the National Director and Directors whose terms of office expire

b) the position of present Attorneys-General who will have served more than seven years in their present posts by the time the National Prosecuting Authority Bill comes into operation.

In this regard I associate myself with the view expressed by Adv. LJ Roberts S.C., Attorney-General, Eastern Cape, with the proviso that my own position is sui generis and should be considered separately.
