Meeting Summary

The Chairperson summarised all the amendments that had been agreed upon previously in discussions on the Integrated Coastal Management Bill. Committee Members went through the Bill, clause by clause and agreed to adopt the Bill.

National Environmental Management: Integrated Coastal Management Bill (the Bill)
The Chairperson noted that the Committee needed to go through the Bill clause by clause, so as to identify all the amendments that were made by the Committee and pin point any sections that needed further changes.

He then summarised the changes as follows:
