TAXI RECAPITALISATION: DISCUSSION

SUMMARY
The Committee decided to postpone deliberations on taxi recapitalisation until there had been a formal briefing on the issue.
The Committee adopted the minutes of the previous meeting that took place on the 28 May 2003.
MINUTES
Mr Windvoel informed members that the department and MINCO were still considering the issue of taxi recapitalisation and they would be able to make a formal briefing to the committee on the 10 June 2003. It was decided that it would be premature for the Committee to have formal deliberation on the issue prior to that briefing.
Adoption of minutes
The committee unanimously adopted the minutes of the previous meeting that took place on the 28 May 2003 without any amendments.
The meeting was adjourned
