Election of Chairperson
The Committee Secretary introduced himself and outlined the process for the nomination of the Chairperson. There after he asked for nominations.
Mr M Mohapi (ANC) nominated Mr D Ximbi (ANC) to be the Chairperson of the Committee.
Ms T Wana (ANC) seconded the nomination.
Mr Ximbi was elected the Chairperson for the Committee. He then told the Committee that any further business of the Committee would be communicated to all the members via the secretariat, as everyone was acclimatising to their new roles and mandate.
The meeting was adjourned.
