The Standing Committee on Finance, Economic Opportunities and Tourism of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament invites you to submit written or oral comments on the Western Cape Nineteenth Gambling and Racing Amendment Act Repeal Bill [B3–2023] as part of its constitutional responsibilities.
The purpose of the Bill is to:
• repeal the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Amendment Act, 2021; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
Submissions can be emailed to Ms Zaheedah Adams at [email protected] by no later than 14:00 on Thursday, 26 October 2023.
Interested persons may also request to appear before the Standing Committee at the public hearing to make oral presentations.
